Airport Pick-up Service

International Student Service Section, Rangsit University provides free airport pick–up as a special service for exchange and full time foreign student (first time arrival). Students are greeted by our ISS staff at the airport and are accompanied to their accommodation booked near the RSU campus.

The trip from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Rangsit University takes approximately 40-60 minutes and the trip from Donmuang Airport takes approximately about 20-30 minutes. The travel time will all depend on the traffic situation. The airport pick-up service will be arranged at the beginning of each semester and for first time arrivals to Thailand. ISS will only provide transportation services from the airport to Rangsit University and its affiliate apartments directly.

  • Students will need to fill-out a pick-up service form located at the bottom of this page. Once you filled out the pick-up form, an ISS officer will confirm with your arrival date and time.

  • * Pick-up service is not available on weekends and public holidays.
  • * If there is no cancellation of airport pick-up made at least 2 days before arrival, the student will be fined 3,000 baht as payment for the service.
  • * Pick-up meeting point at Suvarnabhumi Airport: The Meeting Point is located at arrival hall, Gate 3 on the second floor.
  • * Pick-up meeting point at Donmuang Airport: The Meeting Point is located at arrival hall, Gate 3 on the first floor.
  • * An International Service Center representative will be waiting for students up to 2 hours after the announced landing time at the airport. If there are any delays or difficulty getting to the Meeting Point within the waiting time please contact LINE@: rangsitinter
