Why do a lot of famous businesses have to do CSR campaigns for their brand ?

According to Dr. Somkiat Sakulsuraekkapong,Senior Vide President, Human Resources and Customer Experience MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL, The most important thing when doing CSR is to have the passion to do it. One must think about the objectives of the project and on how it will benefit others, and not about the benefit that you will receive for yourself. In the end, the benefit will come back to you next time.
