Every information about courses and students including final grade submission.

TQF3 Sample

TQF3 states the course description and planning. For each semester, only one TQF3 per course must be uploaded although it has several sections. Instructor must upload TQF3 to the website before the beginning of each semester (no later than 2 weeks)

Upload TQF3/TQF5 Website

https://academic.rsu.ac.th/tqf/ Create your own username and password in the website directly. This account is not related to your Intranet account.

Teaching Load

Teaching loads and individual timetable must be completed within 2 weeks after the beginning of semester 1 and semester 2. Teaching renumeration reimbursement needs to prepared and submit monthly to the coordinator for signing process before the 5th of each month.

Course Evaluation Website

The evaluation system will be opened two weeks before the last day of class. Don't forget to inform your students to evaluate your class, otherwise students will not possible to use Intranet system in the next semester.

Grading Program

This Excel program is helpful for grading management. Students' information in different sections of the same course must be put in the same file if they were assessed on the same criteria. Course coordinator must be a leader to complete this file. After filling the data, send this file to the coordinator at least two days before Exam Board Meeting in each semester.

TQF5 Sample

TQF5 states the course report. For each semester, only one TQF5 per course must be uploaded although it has several sections. Instructor must upload TQF5 to the website within 30 days after the end of each semester

RSU 11 Form - Additional Grade Submission

In the case that instructor fails to submit the grades within the specified period or the grades of some students are missing, instructor needs to prepare this form and send to coordinator for signing process as soon as possible. It should be done within 2 weeks after the new semester starts, otherwise student will receive F grade automatically.

RSU 12 Form - Request to Change Grades

In the case that instructor wants to change the grades of students, this form must be filled in with the evidence document. The reason to change the grades can be 1) change the "I" or "IP" grade, 2) mistake in processing, or 3) new score adjustment. Please bear in mind that this situation should not be occurred frequently except change the "I" or "IP" grade. The process should be done within 2 weeks after the new semester starts
