We learned how to make Som-Tam 🌶️🥗 and Kluai-Buat-Chi 🍌🥥 in the Thai language class, which was both challenging and enjoyable.

The learning experience emphasized hands-on practice in preparing Som-Tam and Kluai-Buat-Chi with intent. Students had the opportunity to try their hand at creating these dishes themselves, which enhanced their understanding of Thai culture and cuisine significantly.
